Not here. Same version under flatpack on bazzite, works fine with many tabs open and one tab watching videos. As an experiment try starting in safe mode to see if the behavior changes.

    firefox -safe-mode

    flatpak run org.mozilla.firefox --safe-mode

    # or hold shift whilst launching

I think it's not strictly connected to using YouTube in my case.
