1. Tech stack: I expected the most common tech stack pairing to be Rust and C++ (systems programming), but the live data actually shows a massive amount of Rust + TypeScript/Python. I'd be interested to hear if that matches what others have been seeing on their job hunts?
2. Sectors: Cloud and infrastructure seems to be the place where Rust is being adopted most, with Web, AI and Systems being the runners up. I'd say this is a positive sign that rust is being adopted on the wide scale, by companies like Microsoft, Mozilla and Discord.
3. Junior vs Senior: The Rust roles on offer right now seem to align with the modern idea that Junior dev's are being made redundant by AI. Unfortunately only a very small portion of these companies are looking for graduate or junior developers.
