    Hey HN, I built Rekko because I was tired of manually chasing customers when their subscription payments failed on my gym SaaS.

    Stripe's built-in dunning emails have a pretty low recovery rate (most customers ignore them). So I built a system that sends personalized SMS and emails on each Stripe retry attempt.

    Would love feedback from anyone who's dealt with involuntary churn.

    How do you handle it today?
