I wouldn't spread conspiracy theories without more information. It has rained really a lot and maintenance of railways are long overdue in Spain and especially Catalonia

Slovakia had 2 train crashes in 1 month (October 13 and November 9)

Poland had blown up rails on November 17

You call it a conspiracy, I call it a hybrid warfare

Now this is a strange coincidence, if coincidence at all.
