    The indifference is the worst part for me.

    AI summaries killing the independent web? Meh. AI used to generate and spread disinformation? As long as we get views. AI deepfakes used to bully people on X? Try to stop us and see what the US government will do to you.

    AI is changing society, in many ways for the worse, and nobody wants to stop them because their Christmas bonuses, ETFs and the entire economy rely on shoving it in as many things as possible.

    Can’t you already see the paper clip maximizer?
