Letterbird: 0% platform fees on free subscriptions. 5% platform fees on paid subscriptions. Plus features Substack won't build: email sequences, A/B testing, subscriber segments, and referral programs.
Stack: Next.js, Supabase, Resend, Stripe Connect.
Due to Substack's high platform fees for what's basically a blog + email list. So I built my own.
