The dCMS Pheix project recently completed its first RTM milestone, From the Basement. After release, we performed a detailed post-RTM review to identify edge-case failures and integration issues that only surface under real workloads.

To address these findings, we released The Patch — a corrective update that tightens RTM guarantees, fixes real-world edge cases, and ensures the platform is truly production-ready. This follow-up is not a roadmap milestone but a necessary stabilization step.

The Patch reflects our philosophy: RTM is not «perfect» — it is ready to be corrected responsibly. Edge-case failures are fixed transparently, with all changes and artifacts publicly verifiable.
