    Hello,

    it's basically Blender for brains.

I built a node-based 3D IDE to generate biologically plausible Neural Networks (NEST Simulator), a visual 'No-Code' interface for the NEST Simulator.

Usually, creating complex biological networks requires writing hundreds of lines of Python code. I wanted to make it intuitive.

    Features:

Tech Stack: Python, PyQt6 (GUI), PyVista/VTK (3D Visualization).

Algorithms: Uses Wave Function Collapse & Flow Fields to grow neurons procedurally.

Simulation: Real-time spiking neural networks via NEST backend.

It’s open source and aims to bridge the gap between creative coding and computational neuroscience.
