This is huge new. Plasma Login Manager has been quietly crushing it & deserves huge praise. Massive massive rebuild, with every single feature you could possibly imagine. Finally possible to remote login to a wayland server! We've had tools like waypipe and others, but they usually require an active session; now PLM can launch remote sessions too.
The work has been coming fast & furious. Incredible 2025 work. It makes all the sense in the world to get this into people's hands ASAP. Good-bye SDDM.
