The Pheix Project has published a formal post-release engineering review following the recent From the Basement RTM (Release to Manufacturing) launch of dCMS Pheix.

The review outlines several issues identified shortly after release and documents the corrective actions taken. All items have been resolved, and no data loss or long-term system instability occurred.
