I built Ornix because my Downloads folder was a disaster - 2000+ files piled up over the years. Every few months I'd spend an hour manually sorting them, only to watch it become a mess again within weeks.
I wanted a folder that just stays clean automatically. No complex setup, no rules to configure - just run the app and it works.
So I built this:
- Drop files into watched folders - App auto-categorizes by type (Images, Documents, Archives, etc.) - Convention over configuration - zero setup required
Would love feedback, especially on the categorization logic and any edge cases I might have missed.
