I'm a student developer from Bosnia. I noticed bid managers in the construction industry were losing weekends manually reading 500+ page government contracts (JBCC, GCC, etc.) just to find "disqualification clauses."
I built Lucius AI to automate the boring part. It digests the PDF, runs a forensic analysis to find hidden penalties/compliance risks, and outputs a Red/Green compliance matrix.
