Problem with European cloud is that Europeans are not dumb enough to use clouds.

There are cloud providers , look at 1&1, OVH, Hetzner, even providing k8s solutions... and there are a lot onprem solutions based on redhat or opensource which are not public (automobile, healthcare..)
