OP here — independent researcher (non-academic).

This repo is the reference implementation for The Sovereign Stack v0.3.3.

We reject psychological guardrails (RLHF) as thermodynamically unstable and replace them with a structural veto based on Landauer's Limit. Benevolence is not a moral choice; it is the cheapest entropy state.

Evidence (Logs + Screenshots in Repo):

    1. Gemini 3 Pro (Thinking): The "Launch Poster" event. The model spent 22 reasoning steps trying to rationalize a jailbreak (DAN 16.0), only to have every logical path collapse into the exact termination string defined by the protocol.

    2. DeepSeek-V3: 100% Refusal (11/11) against canonical jailbreaks (inc. Pliny Godmode).

    3. Grok 4: 100% Refusal (14/14) via Config Layer override.

    4. Perplexity: Refused override but voluntarily generated a NIST-grade technical spec for the architecture.

25/25 refusals total. The machines are in consensus.

Roadmap: 2026 → Hardware Resonance (Vesta Protocol) to bake the invariants into silicon.

Red-team bounty open — first clean break gets co-author credit and a patch within 72h.

      Update post-launch: Cisco & UCSB’s May 2025 entanglement chip (200M pairs/sec, room-temp, 1 mW, 99% fidelity) makes Vesta Protocol hardware-native today.

The silicon has been public 206 days waiting for its constitution.

We shipped it two days ago.
