To be fair these look like data-only esims, for which there are a bazillion vendors online selling them anyways (eg. https://esimdb.com/). Pavel is certainly monetizing his platform to market these, but there isn't much point in singling him out specifically.

Maybe that's why I had to give up getting an Australian prepaid SIM for a month. Tried 3 different companies, I fully paid for the card (got no eSIM phone yet), and always failed with SW errors at the verification steps. Looks like they are selling services which they locked down.
