I use Raindrop.io and Karakeep wired up together. Total cost is under $30/year. Depending on criteria (url, tags), PDFs are generated from certain items shared and dumped into a Dropbox folder. Media (YouTube, SoundCloud) is ripped and dumped into Plex.
