    Tesla supposedly has US$37 billion in cash. Why is Tesla semi still not in series production, and why has the price gone up to prohibitive levels? Why are there still two platforms, of which one has aged out completely and the other one seems to have no replacement coming?

    Tesla has a large number of things they could have been doing in the past few years to not end up where they are now with an aging product line. Something doesn't add up.

      It's only going to get worse for Tesla. VW is preparing a €25k model and a €20k, and I fully expect VW to hit close to those price points, unlike Tesla.

      Plus once VW does that, they will release comparable models from Audi, Seat, Skoda (all of those are VW brands).

      Renault already has a few very nice models (4 and 5), Peugeot, Fiat, Citroen, Open have already released some.

      The European EV ship has sailed for Tesla.
