This should have been a no-brainer for BetonBlock. Lego is a popular brand with a trademark a lot of adjacent commercial parties would like to see become xeroxified/kleenexed/hoovered/aspirined, and any attempt to use their trademark outside of the permitted leeway to sell your own product is likely to see you lose in court. Note that the judge did not outright forbid BetonBlock from making the comparison to Lego bricks on their website; they forbade the excessive use of the brand name mainly for purposes of search engine optimisation.
