    I wonder how the changing tides of remote work are affecting the real state market in big cities these days.

    I was recently in Rio de Janeiro, and Brasil's biggest company Petrobras was returning to office after pressure from the city's government to "repopulate" its downtown after the pandemic's wave of remote work.

    I heard similar things about NYC but I'd be curious to know how it's affecting other places.

      I mean, commercial is fucked, but people who want to live in cities are still choosing to live in cities. There's nothing like living that close to everything, even if there are some drawbacks.
