    Reminds me of a time when yahoo finance message boards and newsgroups were littered with pump and dump schemes [1]

    Now it's the same shit, but with Twitter "Verified" posts, "discord pump and dump" groups, and now coming straight from the POTUS himself or the administration (ie, Trump offspring pumping and dumping various crypto tokens)

      Good that now we can name the people responsible so they can be prosecuted at a time they wouldn't be proactively pardoned.
