    All true. But instead of writing a blog post complaining about it, I think you'd be better off voting with your feet and choosing a solution that puts the answer you want at the top of the list. Cut your losses and move to something that works the way you want it to. How much would such a tool be worth to you?

    Yes, Kagi puts the site he wants at the top by default. And if it didn't, you can easily configure it to put the site you want on the top the next time. Possibly there are other search options that still work as well. Others should feel free to list them. But at this point rather than complaining about Google's search quality you should really make just the change.
