Consider this: pay your workers more. They are the only ones producing true value for the company. Sell more planes, succeed as a company.
Don’t get me wrong, their senior management should also all be fired too, but a poorly managed company will have plenty of low performers to get rid of.
Let’s not be so fast to blame the working class for mismanagement coming down from the top. There are world-class engineering companies out there with good management and fair market salaries and benefits.
