[Background: PM as Architect] I have spent my career as a Systems Engineer and Project Manager in Japan, focusing on system architecture. This background led me to view organizational bottlenecks as a systems problem.

[The 50-Day Experiment] I built the ODL reference implementation with zero prior knowledge of Python to prove that "structure is the essence of intelligence": - 30 Days: Defining core philosophy and system physics via Principle-as-Code (PaC). - 10 Days: Designing the spec and 50+ architectural proof patterns. - 10 Days: 100% AI implementation, verified against the spec.

[Motivation & Licensing] This project is dedicated to the memory of my mentor, Prof. Kazuhisa Seta, whose fundamental teaching—"Structure is the essence of intelligence"—is the driving force behind this work.

To keep the core logic a public utility while ensuring sustainability, I use a dual-layer approach: L1 (odl-lang) is open-source (Apache 2.0), while L0 (odl-kernel) uses BSL 1.1.
