I am the lead architect of DEXTR, working with a small support group. We’ve built a hard real-time CPU scheduler that handles 100,000 processes with a stable p99 latency under 5ms.Unlike traditional schedulers like Linux CFS, DEXTR is a closed-loop control system with zero heap allocation and cryptographic verification via our Contradex core.Key results from our server branch: * 100k processes p99 latency: 3.9ms (vs 10-50ms on Linux) * Throughput: 296,051 TPS * 100% Determinism with zero malloc/free in the control loop We are currently seeking Bare Metal infrastructure (NUMA-optimized) to validate scaling limits beyond current benchmarks and are looking for strategic partners.Scientific validation: DOI 10.5281/zenodo.19299232
