Story SingleSource started as a Durban design and development practice. We were good at it. Then AI started shipping the commoditised work for free — landing pages, copy, basic apps — and the market shifted under our feet.

Instead of racing to the bottom, we leaned into what those tools can't do: understand a specific business problem, design a system to solve it, and deploy that system until it actually works in production.

Today Single Source is an AI Systems Integrator. We don't sell AI. We build the systems AI runs on, and we don't leave until the problem is solved.

Why we exist Most businesses know they need AI. Few know where to start. The market is full of vendors selling tools, platforms, and dashboards. Nobody is sitting down with the operations lead and saying: "show me the process that's costing you money — let's fix it."
