I built ΦASIS and ATMOS as interface layers underneath shiihaa, a breathwork app. ΦASIS is the zero layer. ATMOS is the BIOS layer. shiihaa is the breath layer. The linked page contains the BIOS-style manifest, the access path and the commands to enter the layers.
