Creators aren't told the system is limited. That when everyone is broadcasting together fewer and fewer people hear anything.
Creators are told they got 10 views, but they arent told those 10 people then went and paid attention to 100 other things. So their real influence is a small fraction of what the metric is showing them or the people who start backing them because of the metric. These kind of signals dont exist.
